In connection with the Article 10.4* of the Code of Conduct of pharmaceutical industry (details below) SAFS publishes a list of patient organisations, to which provides financial and/or significant indirect /non-financial support.
Year 2009
In 2009 SAFS did not provide any financial or significant non-financial support to any patient organisation.
SAFS member companies listed below will provide the required data for the year 2009 on request in hardcopy:

Association for the protection of patient's rights (AOPP)
On the European Day of patients' rights SAFS has financially supported production of the AOPP poster by amount of 20,000 SKK.

Each Member must at least once a year, however no later than by March 31 of the following year, make publicly available a list of patient organisations to which it provides financial support and/or significant indirect/non-financial support. This should include a short description of the nature of the support. This information may be provided on a national or European level and should be updated at least once a year. Members must ensure that their sponsorship is always clearly acknowledged and apparent from the outset.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
Information required as per Section 0 must be made available by Members for the first time no later than by the end of the first quarter 2009 (this refers to activities which started on January 1, 2008, or were pending on the said date).
